WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Holy Trinity:
The Trinity consists of The Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus was sent by the Father. He taught us about the Father’s love, faith, words and actions and what to do to receive the gift of salvation. Jesus died for our sins and rose for our victory, then he went to be with the Father. The Father sent the Holy Spirit to remind, teach, convict, and show us the way to heaven. Jesus tells us it is our duty to be examples and show others the way to salvation. Jesus says the Holy Spirit will be with us forever.

John 14:26-28
26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. 28 You heard me say to you, ‘I am going away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.

We Believe That Jesus is the Only Way to Heaven: Jesus said he is the way, the truth and the life, that no ones comes to the Father except through him. So we must learn of the way.

These miracles were not merely acts of wonder but profound signs pointing to His divine authority and compassion. When you learn about Jesus, you discover that these miracles serve as a testament to His divine nature and His deep love for humanity.
For example, in the Gospels, we read about Jesus healing the blind, curing the lepers, and restoring mobility to the paralyzed. Another significant way to learn about Jesus is by studying His teachings and parables. Jesus often used parables – simple, illustrative stories – to convey profound spiritual truths. These teachings reveal the power of Jesus in imparting wisdom and guidance for living a righteous life.
For instance, the Parable of the Good Samaritan teaches us about love and compassion for others, regardless of their background. The Sermon on the Mount, which includes the Beatitudes, provides a blueprint for Christian living, emphasizing humility, mercy, and purity of heart. By reflecting on these teachings, we can better understand the power of Jesus in guiding us towards a life of virtue and service.
The Resurrection
Perhaps the most significant demonstration of the power of Jesus is His resurrection from the dead. This event is the cornerstone of Christian faith, signifying Jesus’ victory over sin and death. When you learn about Jesus, the resurrection stands as a powerful affirmation of His divinity and the hope of eternal life for believers.
The resurrection not only validated Jesus’ claims of being the Son of God but also provided a pathway for humanity to reconcile with God. This event has been celebrated and proclaimed for centuries, highlighting the transformative power of Jesus and the hope it brings to all who believe.
Personal Transformation

Similarly, many people today testify to how their faith in Jesus has helped them overcome addiction, find purpose, and experience inner peace. These personal stories of transformation are a testament to the ongoing power of Jesus in the world today.

The power of Jesus can be seen in acts of kindness, forgiveness, and love that believers show to others. By following His example, we can become instruments of His grace and compassion in the world.
For instance, volunteering at a local shelter, reaching out to a neighbor in need, or simply offering a kind word to someone going through a tough time are all ways we can manifest the power of Jesus in our lives. These actions, inspired by His teachings, help to spread His love and light in a world that often feels dark and divided.
